Philip S. Topham, MBA, PMP –  A renaissance man with a diverse background and interests, Philips is an entrepreneur, life-long learner, armchair sociologist, technologist, futurist, lateral thinker, and casual programmer.  

His is part of the Orange County startup community.  His own startup ReviewQ, “helps business owners sleep easier by reducing their food labeling regulatory risks.”  Philip also consults and coaches businesses on product/market/fit, data analysis, innovation, change management, overcoming resistant and social systems. 

He has over 20 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical & Life sciences, Managed Healthcare, Vitamin Manufacturing and Information Technology industries.  In his corporate life he has served as Director of Information Systems, Chief Technology Officer, Managing Director, Chief Architect, Product Champion, Salesman, Chief HIPAA Security Officer and more.

A pragmatist at heart, Mr. Topham is a patented inventor and published author on Social Network Analysis, Big Data, Knowledge Discovery, Innovation and Influence Analytics.   His article in the Journal of Biomedical Semantics has achieved the coveted PubMed “Highly Accessed” permanent designation.

Mr. Topham has a Master in Business Administration from Pepperdine University (Malibu CA) and a BS in Biological Sciences from University of California Irvine.  His is a certified project management professional.
